Our Story

Our parent company, Roomie International Pte Ltd, was founded in 2022 as a co-living service residence company that catered primarily to foreign expats seeking convenience, comfort, and community.

As the years passed, we witnessed a growing demand among seniors needing similar support—private yet socially connected living spaces, combined with dependable assistance when needed. Families began approaching us with requests to adapt our services for their aging loved ones. It became clear that there was a gap to fill: seniors desired independence, but not isolation; comfort, but also the right level of care.

In response, LionSpring was created , extending our expertise into senior care while maintaining our core commitment to community, comfort, and personalised service. Today, LionSpring focuses on delivering safe, supported retirement living and compassionate in-home care that enriches seniors’ lives and brings peace of mind to families.
